Camera Models

Three Models. One Platform.

Choose the camera model that fits your part profile and cycle time. All three run the same software, the same recipes, and the same workflow.

Fixed Focus (FF)

Factory-calibrated to a single working distance. Most economical model. Best for production lines where part size and standoff are consistent.

High-Speed Fixed Focus (HSFF)

30+ fps in high-speed mode at a single working distance. Best for inline conveyors and fast-cycle inspection where sub-second capture matters.

Auto Focus (AF)

Multiple factory-calibrated working distances on one unit. Best for variable parts, lab use, or robot-mounted scanning where standoff changes per part.

Unique Capability

On-Part Deviation Reprojection

After scanning, DepthScan projects the color-coded deviation map directly onto the physical part surface using the same projector that captured the scan. No fixture required – the system aligns digitally and projects results at 1:1 scale.

Operators see exactly where deviations are without interpreting a screen. Rework guidance, go/no-go verification, and multi-person review – all projected directly onto the part.
